Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Perth, Western Australia

About the Role:
We are working with a leading electrical contractor expanding rapidly in Australia and seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end to end delivery of renewable energy projects. The position will be based in Perth and report to the Project Director.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of specific projects in alignment to standards, budget and program, driving profitability
  

• Mentorship and development of Project Managers, Site Managers and sub-contractors
  

• Signing off HSE quality requirements, ensuring they are implemented and followed
  
  

• Leading contractual negotiations, reviewing and preparing project finance reports and cashflow; manage project and supplier resourcing;
  

• Ensuring projects are completed on-time, including being able to understand and successfully negotiate extension of time requests as required;
  

Requirements:

• Proven track record of Project Management of Renewable Projects
  
  

• Ability to understand all facets of a projects life-cycle, including holding an in-depth technical understanding
  
  

• Experience managing teams
  
  

• Qualification in electrical trade/project management/engineering
