Job Description: Renewable Energy Asset Manager

• Monitor and optimize the performance of renewable energy assets (solar, wind, ESS).
• Manage contracts, including O&M agreements, PPAs, and supplier arrangements.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgets, cash flow, and revenue tracking.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and handle insurance policies and claims.
• Analyze operational data and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Prepare performance and financial reports for investors and management.

• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and energy market operations.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy systems and asset management tools.
• Fluency in Japanese required, English preferred but not a must
• Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards for renewable energy or real estate.
