Established in early 2016 NextWave Partners was founded by two entrepreneurial recruitment consultants in their late 20s, motivated by a desire to drive the Energy & Infrastructure and Technology industries forwards with an ability to influence the market rather than to simply service it. In a short period of time NextWave has established a leading recruitment brand in their markets of specialism; largely down to a clear strategic direction and a strong team of enterprising young consultants. With the company generating strong profits to date NextWave continues to prioritise investment in further head-count, training, latest technology,
and employee incentives!

Each consultant has a Personal Development Plan, which is formally assessed and tailored on a quarterly basis to ensure continued progression, engagement, and alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
