About the Role

Client is a global renewable energy Developer and has developed renewable energy projects across Asia Pacific, Europe, and now in the U.S. Globally, they have 10+ GWs generation and 5GWh storage under development and their U.S. pipeline is 3GWs generation and 4GWh storage. They are looking for candidates with Corporate-level debt and equity capital raising and M&A experience.

Responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for reviewing term sheets and financing documents and participating in meetings with investors, lenders, and financial institutions.
• The candidate will also be responsible for supporting senior management on various financing-related matters and financing-related matters on an ongoing basis.
• You will also participate in financial due diligence of potential acquisition targets and mentor, train, and develop the junior analysts on the team taking projects forward in their development life cycle through land, grid, and permitting work streams.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience in renewable energy and have the ability to build financial models from scratch.
• Solar, battery storage or renewable energy and VBA and/or coding experience.
• Working towards a CFA, CPA, or MBA
