About the Role:
Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to lead a dynamic team in bringing solar projects through to successful completion?
We are currently looking for a suitably experienced Construction Manager to oversee the development and execution of our clients groundbreaking solar project in Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and project progress.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in solar or renewable energy projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and codes.
