Title: Investment Analyst

Location: Singapore

About the Role:

• Global Renewable Energy Developer
• Asia jurisdiction
• Ability to speak Japanese is required

Responsibilities:

• Support the business development team on transactions in Asia, especially North Asia
• Develop financial models to evaluate new investment opportunities and potential acquisition
• Perform market research that may have an impact on potential acquisitions or new investment strategies
• Conduct due diligence for transactions including legal and financing, identifying areas of risk
• Prepare reports on market and feasibility analysis
• Assist the team in all matters related to a deal - close, documentations, structuring

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or equivalent
• 3 years of professional working experience in the Infrastructure or Renewable Energy sectors
• Able to build financial models
• Ability to speak English and Japanese, this individual will be involved in transactions in Japan
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel
