About the Role

Our client is a stable financial organization that is looking to upgrade their HRIS to SuccessFactors. We are looking for candidates who are experienced in end to end project delivery for multiple phases and modules in SuccessFactors.

You will play a pivotal role in the revamp of a HRIS from the very beginning. This is a hands-on role whereby you will be reporting to the Head of HRMS.

Responsibilities

· End to end project Delivery

· Gathering Business Requirements

· Vendor Management

Requirements

· 10+ years of SuccessFactors implementation experience

· Demonstrate high level understanding on Solutions Architecture for the SuccessFactor Suite

· Certifications as a SuccessFactors PM or multiple module certificates is a plus

· Degree in IT or Computer Engineering and related fields
