Project Manager (Solar) - KSA
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead a significant solar park construction project under a schedule of rates contract in the KSA. The role involves overseeing all project aspects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional project management expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the construction project, ensuring adherence to contract requirements and safety regulations.
• Manage project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff.
• Monitor productivity and implement strategies to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and project teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
• Maintain quality standards, collaborating closely with the quality control team to address any issues.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the project team and with the main contractor.
• Undertake additional assignments as requested by the Middle East team.

Qualifications:
Mandatory:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred:

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years in construction project management, with a successful track record in large-scale mechanical projects. Experience in the solar industry and familiarity with the Middle East market is preferred.
