About the Role
We are working with a leading energy company that is a pioneer in Japan's geothermal development. They seek a Geologist to assess geothermal resource volumes, build geothermal system models, and plan well projects based on consultant reports, literature, and on-site survey results.

Responsibilities

• Assess geothermal resource volumes.
• Build geothermal system models and plan well projects based on consultant reports, literature, and on-site surveys.
• Explain technical aspects at public meetings.
• Collaborate with a team of experts both inside and outside the company.
• Involve in general business development related to geothermal projects.

Requirements

• Experience:
  • Specialization in geology with experience in resource development.
• Preferred:
  • Experience in developing geothermal resources.
  • Experience in public explanations.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language:
  • Fluent in Japanese; English skills desirable but not essential.
