- Gather user requirements and work closely with the project manager to help deliver through implementation
- Create and maintain relationship with the key stakeholders, and work with them to optimize processes related to the project
- Help design, document and maintain system processes
- Constantly communicate key findings to the respective stakeholders
Requirements
- Direct business analysis experience (at least 3 years)
- Experience working in agile methodology
- Background in working on large scale implementation projects
- Background in working on government projects in Singapore is preferred
- Experience working on digital health projects is preferred
