I started my career in recruitment in 2017 at a Japanese firm. I worked for Japanese national clients based in Singapore, and supported them for both local and international talent search across different industries. I've placed all levels of hire non-executive to directorial search. Not only have I provided support in recruitment and placement, but also provided HR consultation and information on Singapore labor law. I am passionate about finding people with a strong match for all parties, and building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates as a recruiter.
