About the Role

We are excited to partner with an innovative Livestock Tech startup that is expanding its business internationally. They are seeking a dynamic individual to take the lead in localizing their product for global markets.

Responsibilities

• カメラ製品向けの画像系ディープラーニングモデルの開発、実装、評価
• 画像/動画/センサーを活用した豚の状態推定モデルの検討およびプロダクト化に向けた検討
• 学習データ収集の計画策定、実行、データ管理
• AI開発環境の整備
• エンジニアチームのマネジメント(経験による)

Requirements

• Python、C、C++などのプログラミング経験
• 機械学習に関する論文や既存のアルゴリズムを理解し、それをもとにソースコードの作成、学習、推論を行い、得られた結果を適切に評価・フィードバックできる能力
• 学習データの品質について十分理解し、データ取得方法の提案や実行計画の策定ができるスキル
• AI研究開発プロジェクトの経験が1年程度あり、その中で画像処理系AIの経験が1年以上ある（大学での経験も含む）
• 数学の知識、機械学習ツール/ライブラリの使用経験、クラウドサービスの利用経験など、AI開発に必要な幅広い知見
