■Job Scope/業務内容：グローバルチームと連携を取り、国内大手企業のクライアントに向けた人権関連のコンサルティング業務（人権方針の策定や人権DDなど）を担当。

■募集ポジション：サステナビリティコンサルタント（アソシエート+マネージャー募集中）
■業務詳細：
＜アソシエート＞
- 市場調査：国内及び海外の市場リサーチを担当。
- 資料作成：提案業務に使用する資料準備をサポート。
- 翻訳業務：グローバルチームと連携を取り、英文資料の読解や必要に応じて翻訳を行う。
＜マネージャー＞
- 市場調査：国内及び海外の市場リサーチを担当。スペシャリストとして顧客に向けた情報展開、アドバイザリングを行う。
- プロジェクト管理：顧客ニーズの洗い出し、提案業務を担当。進行中のプロジェクトのスケジュールやコスト管理を行う。
- 報告業務：グローバルチームとコミュニケーション、及び報告業務を担当。
- 人権分野のスペシャリストとしてのキャリア構成が可能。
- 英語スキルを活かせる環境（海外オフィスとのミーティングで英語を使用）
- 海外研修あり。
