About The Role

As the Fabrication Site Planner, you will be part of the Foundation EPC and Project Management Office team of an Offshore Wind Project and will report directly to the Planning Manager and Foundation Fabrication Manager.

  • Preparing the foundation fabrication works schedule and driving time management resources in compliance with policy set by the management
  • Supporting the project management team in assisting the Projects in the preparation of dedicated time schedules with relevant project milestones for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Controlling and maintaining time schedules and performing schedule analyses.
  • Communicating and reporting progress, performance and forecast on a regular basis, to verify that reported by the Fabricator.
  • Securing coordination and alignment between the package schedules and key milestones with the overall project schedule; and.
  • Preparing and updating the final project timeline report.
  • Reviewing and commenting Contractor's schedules.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining the internal

    schedule for the foundation fabrication works, fully integrated in the overall Project schedule.
  • Managing the schedule trend analysis, conducting scenario analyses, tracking of milestones, preparing critical path and float analyses and progress S-curves.
  • Supporting the foundation fabrication team in key decision making by delivering scheduling inputs, as well as assessing schedule risks and opportunities.


    Qualifications
  • BSc or MSc university degree.
  • Direct work experience as Planner for large infrastructure

    projects preferably Jacket Fabrication projects.
  • Direct work experience in the offshore wind industry is a plus.
  • A team player with ability and motivation to work in a diverse

    environment with people of different cultural backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in the use of Planning tools (P6, MS Project) and MS

    Office (Excel).
