About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Investment Manager with a focus on data centers to join our dynamic investment team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in evaluating, analyzing, and managing investments in data center assets and companies. This position requires a deep understanding of the data center industry, strong financial modelling skills, and the ability to make data-driven investment decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of data center investments, including market trends, competitive landscape, and financial performance.

• Evaluate potential investment opportunities in data center real estate, infrastructure, and related technology companies.

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess the potential returns and risks of data center investments. Perform sensitivity analysis, scenario planning, and valuation modelling to support investment decisions.

• Lead due diligence efforts for potential investments, including reviewing financial statements, legal documents, and technical specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, technical, and operational experts, to assess the viability and risks of investments.

• Monitor and manage existing data center investments, providing ongoing analysis and reporting on performance, risk, and market conditions. Recommend strategies to optimize portfolio returns and mitigate risks.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or CFA designation is highly desirable.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in investment analysis, with a focus on data centers, real estate, or digital infrastructure.

• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial analysis software.

• In-depth knowledge of the data center industry, including market dynamics, key players, and emerging trends.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
