Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with electrical installation and commissioning supervisors to foster a strong level of trust.
• Proactively build and maintain positive professional relationships with all stakeholders, particularly the main contractor's staff and workers.
• Facilitate daily collaboration on-site between contractors and internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient electrical installation and offshore commissioning.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship, safety standards, and OSS outfitting during electrical installation.
• Participate in daily planning and supervision, including toolbox talks, site coordination meetings, and installation work.
• Ensure that commissioning within designated technical areas is executed safely and in compliance with industry standards and national regulations.
• Coordinate and document testing and commissioning processes according to established guidelines, using only accepted practices.
• Supervise and support compliance with project HSE rules and local legislation throughout the work.
• Report to the Electrical Installation and Commissioning Manager and follow up on contractors' deliverables.

Minimum Background Expectations:

• Candidates should have hands-on experience in the installation and commissioning of electrical and electromechanical equipment in substations at construction sites, fabrication yards, and/or offshore.
• Experience with low voltage systems, including the installation and commissioning of AC and DC electrical distribution systems.
• Familiarity with mechanical and automatic safety systems, including climate control systems, cranes, and hoists.
• A completed degree or vocational training in electrical or marine engineering is required.
• Proficient in spoken and written English at an advanced level.
• Strong ability to establish and maintain effective collaboration through clear communication with stakeholders.
