Title: Investment, VP

Location: Singapore

About the Role:

• Private Equity Fund, Infrastructure
• Asia
• Travel is required

Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure deal execution across due diligence, financial analysis, and market research for potential investments across Asia
• Develop investment thesis, financial models to evaluate new investment opportunities or potential acquisitions
• Oversee and work closely with portfolio companies to drive value creation, including strategic planning and performance improvement.
• Mentor junior members of the team in all matters related to a deal - close, documentations, structuring

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or equivalent
• 8+ years of professional working experience in private equity or investment banking
• Sector experience in Renewable Energy and Infrastructure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel
