Title: Investment Associate

Location: Singapore

About the Role:

• Private Equity Fund
• Asia jurisdiction
• Travel is required

Responsibilities:

• Support the Industrial Real Estate team on transactions in Southeast Asia
• Develop financial models to evaluate new investment opportunities or potential acquisitions
• Perform market research that may have an impact on potential acquisitions or new investment strategies
• Conduct due diligence for transactions including legal and financing, identifying areas of risk
• Prepare screening and investment committee memos
• Assist the team in all matters related to a deal - close, documentations, structuring

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or equivalent
• 5 years of professional working experience in private equity or investment banking
• Sector experience in Industrial Real Estate is necessary for this role
• Able to build financial models from scratch
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel
