Main Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients;
- Resolve any issues that may arise on site;

- Attendance/Punctuality - Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent;

- Prior management experience in an operational role preferred;

- 5-10 years prior technician/installation work experience is essential.
Requirements:
- 10 years in the industry of supervising projects;
- Creating and keeping deadlines;
- Ability to conduct himself in a courteous, knowledgeable , and professional manner;
- Ability to lead team to complete given project;
- Trained in first aid;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Schedule development;
- Read and interpret blueprint drawings, submittals and specifications;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Any use of hoists is a plus.
