Job Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the construction and maintenance (O&M) of solar power plants
- Management of the EPC process (Engineering, Procurement, Construction):
- Implementation and evaluation of tenders
- Negotiations and contract conclusion
- Contract management with contractors and suppliers
- Management of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Supervision of technical aspects such as civil engineering, electrical works, and quality control
- Management and coordination of schedules, budgets, and resources
- Effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the project (customers, suppliers, construction teams, etc.)
- Proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Electrical engineering
- Native Japanese Speaker
- Experience in project management of solar power plants or similar large-scale infrastructure projects (preferably 3 years or more)
- Priority given to those with experience managing EPC projects
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMBOK, or Licensed Engineer under the Construction Business Act are preferred
- Advanced problem-solving abilities and excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills for managing project progress and timely reporting
- Ability to effectively manage schedules, budgets, and quality
- Fluent communication skills in Japanese and English

Salary: Depends on experience
