With a Masters in Mass Communication and over 10 years experience in Executive Search and Strategic Corporate Communication across Asia Pacific, I now lead the focus for Renewable Energy and Infrastructure across the Americas for NextWave Partners. 

In 2013, I built an extremely niche and reputable recruitment business specialised in Renewable Energy in Asia Pacific and now intend to replicate the model and grow my expertise within North and South America. With a personal involvement in the work I undertake, I place high personal and professional expectations into every project and strive to deliver within strict timelines, complex technical and functional requirements.

My Area of Specialisation

My speciality is in driving solutions for my clients and primarily working on niche, hard-to-fill roles and complex-solutions projects. Within my industry specialisation, I recruit senior / specialist talent across the end-to-end value chain of renewable energy projects from technical to commercial to financing. 

Primarily, I partner with Independent Power Producers (IPPs), Developers,  Engineering Service Providers, Manufacturers, EPCs and other stakeholders involved in delivering renewable energy projects. Typical positions I work on include:
