My first experience in recruitment was a Singapore firm where I joined as an intern. At that time, my focus was on IT recruitment and Web/SNS marketing. This experience ignited my passion for recruitment and after graduating university in Osaka, I joined a global leading British IT recruitment firm as a consultant, handling recruitment for ERP engineers and consultants. I also played a key role in launching the Japan branch in 2021. At NextWave Partners, I specialize in ESG and sustainability consulting and strategies for the Japan market. With extensive market insight , I thrive as a senior recruitment consultant, contributing to the business expansion for my clients.

高校時代はカナダで1年間の語学留学を経験し、大学時代はシンガポールでローカル系コンサルティング企業にて6ヶ月間のWeb/SNSマーケティング、リクルートメント担当のインターンシップを経験。大学卒業後は、DX化が進む企業を人材の面でサポートしたいと考え、イギリス系大手IT人材紹介エージェントに入社。シンガポール支店にて、ERP（基幹システム）特化のコンサルタントとして勤務し、主にエンジニア・ITコンサルなどの採用コンサルを担当。日本支店・ビジネスの立ち上げ業務も経験。2021年、再生可能エネルギー・脱炭素ビジネスに特化したNextwave Partnersに入社。日本マーケットの立ち上げ経験や英語力を活かし、ビジネスの拡張も担うリクルートメントコンサルタントを担当。
