I graduated with a Masters Degree in HR from Bangalore, India. My working experience has been specialized in Human Resource within the information technology and services industry. I've worked in Talent Acquisition, Campus Engagement, Employee Engagement, Policy Making, Compensation & Benefits and Business Partnering.

Having experiences in all HR functions, my journey has been eye-opening. I would like to dedicate my work in a manner which brings about positive changes to organizational excellence and employee experience in the work environment.
