I am an experienced Managing, Sales, and Account Professional with over 15 years of experience in the (international) recruitment industry. My areas of specialization include Engineering (Oil, Gas, Renewables) and IT. Over the last 5 years, I have been focusing solely on the Renewables industry in the Netherlands and have been actively working within Europe. I had the pleasure of starting the Renewables sector in the Netherlands and opening two offices.
We have been active in the renewable energy industry, specifically in Offshore Wind, Solar, and Green Hydrogen. We work with developers and key players in the supply chain and have partnered with European companies who wanted to establish themselves in the Netherlands. These companies have become key players in Europe's onshore and offshore wind farm development.
Covering permanent search solutions, I have developed a value-add working environment in consultations with both clients and candidates alike, developing a reputation for providing visibility and awareness for the Renewables industry in Europe.

Thoughts on Renewable Energy
The European Union aims to be climate-neutral by 2050 – an economy with net-zero greenhouse gas emissions. The transition to a climate-neutral society is both an urgent challenge and an opportunity to build a better future for all. To achieve this goal, a roadmap is made available within Europe, which we also want to commit to.
Notably many investors are now exploring technologies beyond traditional solar and wind; with batteries, waste to energy, green hydrogen, and hybrid energy projects being a key focus. With many developing countries lacking in talent or experience for solar and wind, there will be further resource challenges for those technologies needed. Recruiters need to identify talent that not only has relevant experience but can develop others who don’t grow the talent pool and push the industry forward.
