Prior to joining NextWave Partners, I spent seven years working for a global recruitment firm covering the European market. Initially working on distribution mandates, placing investor relations and fundraising professionals within the private markets, I transitioned to lead the build out of their real assets investment practice.

Area of specialisation
I work within the investment management space, partnering with clients across infrastructure, renewables, energy transition and sustainability. I support clients in their search for investment, asset management and distribution professionals across EMEA.

On a more holistic level, I work with clients and their key stakeholders to help utilise NextWave Partner’s broader capabilities, leveraging our market knowledge, global network and search capabilities as we consolidate their objectives at both an in-house and portfolio company/platform level.

The ecosystem across the infrastructure, renewables, energy transition and sustainability sectors are ever-changing, creating new challenges and opportunities on a year-to-year and quarter-to-quarter basis.
