My education background is in Finance and I had the opportunity to intern at a recruitment firm specializing in the IT Industry at the end of my studies. This is how I kickstarted my recruitment career and had the opportunity to join Atlas Professionals at the beginning of 2023. After 1 quarter of joining, I transitioned over to NextWave Partners as part of the Contracts Recruitment team within the APAC region.

Area of specialisation
I’m focusing on the renewable industry in Taiwan, with a specialization on onshore wind, offshore wind and solar projects, from international Developers, EPCs, OEMs, and other subcons.

Thoughts on Energy Transition Industry
The Renewable Sector is a fast growing industry in APAC region, a lot of OffShore Wind projects under planning, construction, O&M process. I’m grateful to be part of the industry while it’s aggressively expanding at the moment and with the promising future.
