I began my recruitment career with an international recruitment firm in the UK, covering the transactional private practice market in London. I remained in legal recruitment throughout my early years eventually specializing in renewable energy. This is my second time building out a legal desk and my goal is to eventually be the go-to headhunter for legal in the energy sector.

My Thoughts on Renewable Energy

Renewables is an ever-changing market that is seeing unprecedented growth in recent years. The world is calling for change in the energy sector and just like most trends in innovation, the world looks to the US to lead the charge. That is why I feel my job is very important. The lawyers we place and work with draft, negotiate and close the biggest deals, contracts and agreements in our space. Anything we can do to help is our contribution to this next wave. ​
