Attorney (Partner-level) Energy and Regulatory

The Denver office of this estimed law firm seeks a Partner level candidate to join our Energy and Regulatory Transactional practice. Must have 8+ years of Energy and Regulatory experience. Experience working in the oil and gas industry required. Preference will be given to candidates with regulatory experience, either representing the utility, the regulator or other stakeholders. Experience with renewable energy is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a portable book of business that they are looking to grow, have a strong acumen for leadership and a desire to join a thriving office. This is an exciting opportunity to expand upon your current client base, while also assisting our current client base within Colorado. Must be admitted to the Colorado bar or be eligible for admission. Arizona, California and/or Nevada bar would be a plus.

Compensation for this position will depend on numerous factors including book of business, anticipated yearly billable hours and experience. Salary range for Income Partners is $275,000-$500,000. For Equity partners, total compensation will vary.
