I started my career in recruitment in 2019, partnering with offshore wind developers to build out their project and development teams. In my role as AVP, I lead the Project Solutions team across the EMEA region for NextWave Partners. My Thoughts on Renewable Energy

It is an exciting time to be in the clean energy industry. It is expected that there will be 260GW of new wind power capacity over 2024-2030. With the EU expected to install over 200GW on average. In the UK, the government has committed to 50GW in offshore wind by 2030. This presents an opportunity for the UK to be one of the main hubs of offshore wind globally.

ScotWind was the world’s largest commercial leasing round for floating offshore wind and this presents the opportunity for new technologies to be delivered and for projects to be developed in new areas across the UK and Europe. Floating wind is going through a tremendous rate of innovation and it is exciting to see where this sector will be over the next 10 years. I am excited to work with my industry peers to contribute to the NetZero targets across the EMEA region and to partner with exciting projects.

🌱 We are committed to supporting industries battling climate change towards a net-zero future and a sustainable economy.
