I started my recruitment career in Power Delivery, focusing on Transmission Line and Distribution Engineering. Now, I have transitioned to Renewable Energy with a focus on Transmission & Interconnection.

As a Senior Consultant within the Renewable Energy Industry, I specialize in the Transmission & Interconnection space. I partner and support Renewable Energy Developers, IPPs, Utilities and Engineering Consultancies, in assisting them in navigating the current candidate market to find the most optimal talent for their teams.

My Thoughts on Renewable Energy

Consulting and advising candidates and clients within the Power Delivery sector, showed me the high level of interest in the future of Renewable Energy. More times than not, discussions ultimately led to plans to grow into the Renewable Energy space, as we’ve started to see it rapidly pick up in the United States over the past couple of years.

With my transition from Power Delivery to Renewable Energy, I am excited to take the journey that so many of my candidates have made over the past year. The future is bright for this industry and I’m grateful to partake in partnering with organizations to bring in top talent.
