About the Role

NextWave are working with a leading industrial wastewater treatment & waste-to-energy solutions provider to help grow their team in Thailand. They are putting together the core members of their team and are looking for a Business Development Manager/Director.

We are looking for a candidate having enriched experience and responsible for Sales & Marketing of Industrial ETP/WWTP, Anaerobic Biogas Plants, UF, RO, and Effluent Recycling Plant, WTP for Industrial sectors like, Starch, Food, Beverages, Distilleries, Paper mills, Sugar, Dairy, Brewery, Pharmaceuticals, Textile industry, etc.

Job Description

• Searching for new clients anywhere in Thailand.
• Travelling to visit & meet potential clients.
• Establishing new and existing customers to maintain good relationships.
• Understanding clients specified and desired requirement.
• Coordinating with proposal team, getting proposals, checking as per client's requirements and submitting it to client.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how our system will meet client requirement.
• Participation in techno-commercial discussions with client on submitted offer / proposal.
• Negotiating tender and Government contract terms if any.
• Coordination with project execution team during construction and payment follow up.
• Support in marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, exhibitions and other marketing events.
• Collecting and compiling information on all potential customers.
• Tracking competitor movement in market.

Major skills

- Worked in an industry relevant to Industrial Waste water treatment & Water treatment / Capital Goods.

- Hands on experience with selling of Water treatment, Waste water treatment and Sewage treatment.

- Exposure of sales in industrial WTP/DM/ETP/WWRP system.

- Educational requirements: Graduation/Post Graduate Engineering.
- Languages: Thai & English (Reading, Writing & Speak fluently)
- Desire Experience: 10-15years
- Relevant experience :Sales & Marketing of Industrial Water & Wastewater treatment System/ Capital Goods.
